Order Processing All products are made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or customs processing.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Biota Canopy is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@biotacanopy.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it.
