At Biota Canopy, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we've got you covered. Please contact us at returns@biotacanopy.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item showing the issue
We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Sizing Please review our size guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
